CONSENT

1.1. Data of service users (server owners):

• name, email address (e-mail),
• password in encrypted form,
• IP address upon login and actions in the control panel,
• browser data (User-Agent),
• payment history: amount, payment method, IP, email and transaction identifiers,
• support requests: message text, attachments,
• settings of protected servers, domain names, backend IP addresses,
• Telegram Chat ID, Discord webhook, additional e-mail for notifications, if such data are provided voluntarily.

1.2. Data of players (visitors to protected servers):

• IP address,
• gaming nickname and UUID (unique game identifier),
• country (determined by IP using a local geolocation database),
• game client version,
• connection and disconnection time, gaming session duration,
• volume of transmitted game traffic.

2.1. I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

• registration and identification of the user on the Website;
• providing access to the Website's control panel;
• providing services for protecting Minecraft servers and filtering traffic;
• ensuring the security and stability of the service;
• maintaining accounting and tax records;
• processing and logging network traffic for the purpose of identifying threats;
• providing technical support and sending notifications;
• compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection."

3.1. Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

• this User Consent;
• the privacy policy and offer posted on the Website;
• requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection."

4.1. Personal data are processed both using automated systems (logging, traffic analysis, protection systems) and without automation (support service).

4.2. When processing user requests through the technical support system (ticket system), artificial intelligence technologies may be used for automated analysis of requests and preparation of preliminary response options. Such technologies are applied exclusively to improve the quality and speed of processing requests and do not imply automatic making of legally significant decisions regarding the user.

5.1. Personal data of server owners are stored for the duration of MineGuard services and for the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.2. Technical data of players (including IP address, UUID, connection and network activity information) are stored for the period necessary for the functioning of traffic filtering mechanisms, analysis of network attacks, and investigation of security incidents, and may be stored for a limited period of time in accordance with the Service's tariff plan settings.

5.3. Upon expiration of the retention period, personal data are subject to deletion or anonymization, unless otherwise established by law.

5.4. Personal data of users related to registration and account use (including contact data and payment information) are stored and processed on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.4.1. Technical data necessary for the functioning of the network traffic filtering system, including player IP addresses, connection logs, and network attack statistics, may be processed on server infrastructure located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, including servers in Germany and the Netherlands, as part of the cross-border data transfer necessary for the operation of network attack protection mechanisms.

6.1. The Operator may transfer my personal data to third parties in cases of:

• interaction with payment systems and online cash registers,
• providing hosting services on partner infrastructure (hosting, data centers),
• upon lawful request from authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Within the functioning of the Service, cross-border transfer of technical data to server infrastructure located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, including servers in Germany and the Netherlands, may be carried out exclusively for the purposes of: network traffic filtering; protecting Customers' servers from DDoS attacks; analyzing network activity and attack statistics.

6.3. The Operator does not distribute the User's personal data in publicly available sources without obtaining separate consent for such distribution.

7.1. I am informed that I have the following rights:

• to receive information about my personal data;
• to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data;
• to withdraw my consent to data processing;
• to file complaints with authorized government bodies.

7.2. Withdrawal of this consent is possible but may result in the inability to further use the MineGuard service.

8.1. The Operator undertakes to take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect my personal data from:

• unauthorized access;
• alteration, loss, blocking, destruction;
• other unlawful actions of third parties.

This Consent is effective from the moment of its acceptance until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the moment of its withdrawal by the User. Users' personal data are stored by the Contractor for the duration of the User's use of the Service, as well as for 5 (five) years from the date of cessation of use of the Service, unless a longer retention period is required in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Upon expiration of the specified period, personal data are subject to deletion or anonymization, except in cases where their further storage is necessary for compliance with legal requirements, dispute resolution, or protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Contractor.

9.2. Continued use of the service after changes to this Consent constitutes consent to such changes.

9.3. The text of this Consent is posted on the Website https://mineguard.pro/ and is available for review.
